You can prescribe TEPEZZA without managing infusions directly

8 IV Infusions

1 given every 3 weeks¹

Infusion 1: 10 mg/kg – at least 90 min¹
Infusion 2: 20 mg/kg – at least 90 min
Infusions 3-8: 20 mg/kg – 60 min^*
TEPEZZA dosing is based on the patient’s actual weight

*If not well tolerated, the minimum infusion duration should remain at 90 minutes and premedication is recommended.

Saline bag size:

If dose is <1800 mg, use a 100-mL bag of normal saline (0.9% NaCl)¹

If dose is ≥1800 mg, use a 250-mL bag of normal saline (0.9% NaCl)¹
